A. Not as long as you may think. Timelines vary by client, and these usually depend upon how many initial assets you need loaded in the system. Generally speaking, however, the average timeline is approximately 45-60 days.

Q. Can we load our own materials and how long does it take?
A. You bet you can. Anything you want. Because you can administer your own system, loading marketing assets is under your control and can be easily done from your desktop. Our content administration interface allows you to manage all of your assets within the system.
Q. Can we upload images to the system?
A. Yes, definitely. Just as easy as you please, Image file formats such as .jpg, .gif, .eps and .tiff can be loaded into the system. Users can also upload image files to the system for use in ad customization.
Q. How do you localize materials?
A. The Ad Giants ONE System will contain your customizable templates, designed and approved by you. Your system’s users can access these templates in order to manipulate, order, route or fulfill their own localized marketing materials without risk of violating your corporate guidelines.
Q. Does the system generate ‘finished print files’ that can be delivered to the end fulfillment destination for publication?
A. Yes, the ONE System forwards all completed print work in it’s final form for publication.
Q. Where are those localized materials sent?
A. Localized materials are downloaded by the user or sent to the vendor you designate. You control that aspect of the ONE System.
Q. Where are the files sent?
A. The system delivers the files electronically. You can also be notified of specific activity within the system related to files and orders.
Q. Can I route all materials through our legal department?
A. You certainly can. With the Ad Giants ONE System, you can specify approval points prior to fulfillment or completion of the order.
Q. How do I save an asset?
A. Any customized materials can be saved within the system for future use, or saved as a PDF file to your desktop for e-mailing or printing.
Q. How do you print an asset?
A. Simply select the print icon on the toolbar, then print from Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Q. Can we set promotional windows or marketing initiatives into the system and link those to specific campaigns?
A. Not only can you manage your own marketing calendar with the ONE System, you can directly link specific marketing materials to each promotion or campaign. Access to promotions and promotion information can also be restricted to users in specific markets to ensure only those that need to see the information have access.
Q. Does the ONE System handle reporting?
A. That’s one of the beauties of the system. Reporting is included. Login information, order status, and asset ranking are all reported.
Q. Is there any contact management in the system?
A. You bet. You can manage internal, external and personal contact information with the ONE System. Not only that, you can establish groups that you frequently communicate with in order to expedite the routing of materials you circulate through your organization.
Q. How many assets can the system handle?
A. How many do you need it to handle? There is no specific limit to what the system can hold. It simply comes down to storage space, and that is not an expensive proposition these days.
Q. Can the system handle broadcast materials?
A. Not only broadcast, but any video or audio. Add to that, all forms of print as well as web-specific elements like GIFF files for banner advertising. You can even store PowerPoint, Word documents, and Excel documents.
Q. What print formats can the system handle?
A. You can store and view many different print formats in the system. The repository allows numerous file formats and can be searched quickly and easily.
Q. How difficult is it to locate assets in your system?
A. There are a variety of ways in which users can locate assets in the system. In addition to keyword searches, users can search based on category and subcategory designations; valid or available dates; saved favorites; or entire libraries of materials.
Q. Can I bookmark certain assets if I use them frequently so I don’t have to go through the entire process again?
A. You can bookmark individual assets, photos, documents, you name it.
Q. Can I time stamp certain files that will eventually not be used to make sure no one uses them past a certain point?
A. Within the system, you can establish expiration dates at which point a file cannot be viewed or accessed.
Q. Can I mark certain assets for viewing so that some users can see them but some cannot?
A. Yes, you can. Assets can be grouped by Market so that only users within a given Market have access to view or order those assets.
Q. What level of support do we get from Ad Giants?
A. Currently, our technical help desk is available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Central Time, Monday through Friday. Our support desk is closed on holidays.
Q. How much training is involved with your system?
A. Our system is very easy to use. So much so, that only a minimal amount of training is required. Our unique approach to navigating users through the whole experience has proven to be an effective part of our system roll-out and implementation. We do, however, offer custom-implementation packages that include varying levels of training.

Q. Does further involvement cost more?
A. In most cases, no. But if you have special needs that go beyond what we include in our launch package, it might. We offer a variety of professional services to meet your needs. The point is, when you use Ad Giants, you get much more than a new system. You get a partner that will help guarantee your success.
Q. Do we need any special software to run Ad Giants?
A. The only things you’ll want to install are free software such as the Flash and QuickTime players and Acrobat Reader. Other than that since the system is browser-based, all you need is a computer and a web browser. In addition, we do have suggested guidelines that relate to our performance standards, but these days, most computers are in complete compliance.
Q. What should I set my screen resolution to?
A. 1024 x 768 is optimum. Otherwise, you will need to scroll in order to see the full interface.
Q. Do I need to logout?
A. It sure helps. The system will keep better track of your activity when you logout. Otherwise, you are faced with a session timeout.
